TPCA SHOW 2024 concluded successfully last week. With the theme "Innovative AI in PCB," this year’s exhibition was larger than ever, attracting 1,600 exhibitors from around the world and facilitating in-depth exchanges with over 40,000 international buyers. As the PCB industry's market value continues to grow, Accordance X Good Favor showcased advanced solutions in smart manufacturing, edge computing, and automated production. These innovations aim to support the industry by capitalizing on technological breakthroughs to achieve industrial upgrades.Returning to the annual event after several years, Accordance X Good Favor’s booth centered on the concept of “Your Customized Smart Factory.” Accordance integrates diverse software and hardware to offer flexible solutions. We aim to help manufacturers reduce costs and enhance productivity as they navigate challenges in a rapidly changing environment. Our solutions not only increase production line flexibility but also enable swift adjustments in business strategy to meet market demands, helping companies maintain a competitive edge amidst technological advancements. Among these solutions, the RCVM Smart Control Center garnered significant attention during the show. This system can integrate various equipment and cameras, providing multi-view, real-time monitoring and allowing managers to remotely control operations from the command center, office, or mobile devices. It supports enterprises in quickly achieving remote monitoring and intelligent upgrades for on-site equipment and proved to be one of the most popular solutions.

Accordance also showcased solutions for data collection and process automation at the event. The ASI-RPA system for PC-based equipment can capture production data displayed on equipment screens and control its keyboard and mouse. The system can automate repetitive and mundane processes, accelerate responses to on-site situations, and reduce human error. For PLC-based equipment, the PLC PLUS solution not only collects data but also emulates the on-site HMI interface on a computer, enabling remote monitoring and operation. These solutions further enhance flexibility and efficiency in managing on-site machines.

In addition to the diverse range of smart solutions exhibited at the booth, the NPI product launch and live interviews at TPCA SHOW were also major highlights of the event. During the launch event, Accordance X Good Favor shared successful case studies in wafer manufacturing. Our solutions helped semiconductor plants realize remote monitoring of production processes and enable real-time adjustments to processes and parameters, effectively enhancing yields in advanced packaging. Multiple other successful cases were shared with the audience during the live interview, demonstrating Accordance’s expertise and technical strength in automation and smart manufacturing. The interview touched upon several topics of note in the industry, enhancing visitors' understanding of new technologies and reinforcing Accordance’s position as a leading company in automation solutions.
