Process Automation & Data Collection

Accordance’s process automation system AiRPA can control equipment in the place of human operators. This virtual operator can take control of the keyboard and mouse and perform tasks such as keying in data and clearing alarms. It can also recognize text and colors displayed on the equipment and take different actions in different situations. The AiRPA can communicate with other systems and equipment in the fab, including MES, DI/DO, and autoloading systems.

The AiRPA can automate repetitive, standard tasks. When material is loaded onto the equipment, the system can receive the recipe and settings from the recipe management system and input it into the equipment, thereby decreasing the risk of human error and scraps. The system can clear standard alarms to allow equipment to continue production, increasing uptime and production rates. Equipment status and all data displayed onscreen can be collected and uploaded to designated servers for further use. The AiRPA can increase efficiency on production lines while freeing up personnel for processes and tasks that require more human attention.

The AiRPA’s hardware-based edge system means no additional loading on the equipment and wide compatibility with different equipment types. The intuitive graphical user interface allows anyone to create an automation script of their own, with no coding required, for quickly implementation.
