Accordance Drives AI into Action at SEMICON Taiwan 2026|Connecting Edge AI × Physical AI from Perception to Execution
[TAIPEI, Taiwan] — SEMICON Taiwan 2026, the international semiconductor exhibition, successfully concluded from September 2–4 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. At Booth P5500, Hall 1, Nangang Exhibition Center, Accordance Systems Inc. showcased its vision of “Edge AI × Physical AI,” highlighting the integration of AI vision, edge computing, equipment data, and robotic arms to demonstrate how AI can move from real-time perception and analysis toward intelligent decision-making and physical execution.
As AI adoption continues to accelerate across semiconductor and manufacturing environments, its value is no longer limited to data analysis or decision support. The next challenge is connecting AI with existing equipment, OT systems, and automation workflows. Accordance positions Edge AI as the bridge between AI and the manufacturing floor, connecting equipment data, AI applications, and automation technologies to explore how intelligence can move beyond digital systems and interact with the physical world.
From Edge AI to Action
At the exhibition, Accordance showcased AiRPA, ARAID, PLC+, and AiPILOT, covering workflow automation, OT system data protection, equipment data acquisition and control, as well as AI vision and intelligent decision-making.A key highlight was the integration of AI vision with robotic arms for Physical AI applications. By enabling AI to perceive and analyze the surrounding environment, then connecting its decisions to robotic arms and automated equipment, the solution creates an end-to-end workflow from “Perception → Analysis → Decision → Execution.”This demonstrates how AI can go beyond simply “seeing” the manufacturing environment or determining what should happen next. By translating intelligent decisions into physical actions, AI can extend its capabilities directly into real-world operations.
AI Goes Beyond Thinking and Enters the Manufacturing Floor
The evolution of Physical AI is bringing artificial intelligence from digital environments into the physical world. When AI vision, equipment data, and robotic systems are integrated, intelligent decisions can be transformed into physical actions, enabling equipment to support increasingly autonomous applications.Accordance’s showcase at SEMICON Taiwan 2026 reflected this evolution from Edge AI to Physical AI. Edge AI provides real-time computing and intelligent analysis at the point of operation, while robotic arms and automated equipment turn AI-driven decisions into physical execution.Starting from individual equipment and gradually expanding toward equipment integration and broader manufacturing applications, Accordance continues to explore how AI can move beyond data analysis and intelligent decision-making to interact with and respond to the real world.
Meet the Expert|Exploring Intelligent Semiconductor Equipment with AiRPA
In addition to the booth demonstrations, John Hu, PM Manager at Accordance, participated in the Meet the Expert session, presenting “Breaking Closed-Process Barriers: AiRPA Enables On-Premises AI Edge Decision-Making for Autonomous Semiconductor Equipment Evolution.”The presentation explored how AiRPA can help overcome the limitations of traditionally closed equipment environments by connecting equipment data with on-premises AI and Edge AI technologies. This enables equipment data to be accessed, analyzed, and transformed into actionable intelligence. From equipment data acquisition and workflow automation to edge decision-making—and ultimately toward Physical AI and physical execution—the session highlighted a practical path for AI to progressively integrate with existing semiconductor equipment.
Accordance Singapore × Restar|Strengthening Collaboration Across Asia
The exhibition also brought together Accordance’s international partners. The Accordance Singapore team joined the event to engage with customers and industry partners, exploring opportunities across the semiconductor and smart manufacturing markets.Japanese partner Restar Corporation also participated in the event, further strengthening collaboration in the semiconductor and electronics industries.Through market and technology exchanges across Taiwan, Singapore, and Japan, Accordance continues to expand its Asian partnership network and accelerate the deployment of AI, equipment connectivity, and automation technologies across more manufacturing environments.
From Perception to Action|Exploring the Next Step in Smart Manufacturing
SEMICON Taiwan 2026 highlighted new possibilities for integrating AI with the manufacturing floor. Starting with Equipment, Connectivity, and Data, Edge AI enables real-time analysis and intelligent decision-making, which can then connect with AI vision, robotic arms, and automated equipment to move AI from perception to action. This evolution allows smart manufacturing to progress beyond individual equipment applications toward broader on-site integration.Accordance will continue advancing its “Edge AI × Physical AI” vision by integrating established industrial technologies with next-generation AI applications—bringing AI beyond the system itself to enter the manufacturing floor, understand its environment, and take action.Accordance sincerely thanks all customers, industry partners, and visitors who joined us at Booth P5500 during SEMICON Taiwan 2026, as well as our partners, including Accordance Singapore and Restar Corporation, for their continued support and valuable exchanges.Together with partners around the world, Accordance looks forward to exploring the next chapter of AI-driven semiconductor manufacturing.
