From Edge AI to Physical AI | Accordance Unveils New Smart Manufacturing Applications at Automation Taipei 2026

Accordance Showcases New Robotic Arm Applications at Automation Taipei 2026

Connecting Edge AI and Smart Manufacturing to Build More Comprehensive Automation Solutions

[Taipei, Taiwan] — Automation Taipei 2026 will take place from August 19 to 22 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. Accordance Systems Inc. (Accordance) will be exhibiting at Booth I906, 1F, TaiNEX 1, continuing its development in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and Edge AI. For the first time at Automation Taipei, Accordance will showcase new robotic arm applications, further expanding its capabilities in integrated automation for smart manufacturing environments.

Automation Taipei 2026 highlights the latest developments in AI, robotics, and smart manufacturing, reflecting the manufacturing industry's ongoing transition from traditional automation toward more intelligent and flexible production. At this year's exhibition, Accordance will center its showcase around “Edge AI × Automation × Physical AI,” demonstrating how data, control, vision, and physical equipment can work together to create a more integrated smart manufacturing architecture.

New Robotic Arm Applications Advance Physical AI

One of the key highlights of this year's exhibition is Accordance's first-ever robotic arm application showcase at Automation Taipei. By integrating robotic arms with existing automation control, data acquisition, and AI technologies, Accordance aims to demonstrate how intelligent systems can move beyond simply “seeing and analyzing” toward “taking action in the physical world.”

Through this robotic arm application, Accordance will showcase the potential for AI and physical equipment to work together in future smart factories. The company is also gradually expanding its capabilities and application development toward Physical AI, helping manufacturers achieve greater levels of automation, flexibility, and operational efficiency.

From Edge AI to Smart Manufacturing: An Integrated Software and Hardware Architecture

In addition to the new robotic arm application, Accordance will showcase a range of smart manufacturing solutions, including the AiPILOT visual recognition and decision-making platform, AiRPA automated machine operation system, PLC data acquisition and control solutions, and ARAID high-reliability data protection solutions.

AiRPA enables remote access to machine interfaces and control functions, allowing customized scripts to automatically execute operational procedures and reduce the burden of repetitive manual operations on the production floor. Meanwhile, Accordance's PLC solutions help existing equipment collect data and perform control functions, enabling legacy systems to gradually connect with modern smart manufacturing architectures.

By continuously extending its software and hardware integration capabilities into factory automation and smart manufacturing applications, Accordance aims to provide manufacturers with a more connected and scalable approach to digital transformation.

Through this year's exhibition, Accordance will demonstrate its progression from Edge AI toward Physical AI, connecting AI, data, control systems, and physical machinery to create a more complete smart manufacturing application architecture.
