2024 SEMICON SEA-Post Show Review

SEMICON Southeast Asia 2024 concluded successfully last week! As Malaysia continues to play an increasingly significant role in the semiconductor supply chain, many companies are expanding their market presence and establishing local teams. Our local team is now set up and ready to support various industry needs. To gain deeper insights into the Malaysian market, our team attended SEMICON SEA for the first time, aiming to fully grasp local market demands and development trends through the event.

Focusing on the theme of “Smart Manufacturing,” Accordance showcased four major intelligent solutions: RCVM Smart Control Center, ASI-RPA System, ARAID Disk Array Data Backup, and PLC-Based Data Collection. These solutions attracted considerable attention from visitors. During this expo, Accordance integrated the applications of RPA & RCVM to further enhance production line efficiency. ASI-RPA is a plug-in system that can replace manual input of parameters, collect production data, and upload the collected data for analysis. RCVM uses a visual interface for remote machine monitoring and management. Through a plug-in module connecting the machine's control interface, the operation access of the machines can be transmitted online to a remote command center, allowing a single window to monitor up to 36 machine screens simultaneously.

Additionally, the PLC-based solution also garnered significant interest. For machines without communication interfaces, Accordance's PLC-based solution can collect production data from closed PLC machine systems non-invasively and provide a customized UI communication interface based on user needs. This enables remote monitoring of machines, helping various manufacturers upgrade old equipment easily and quickly. Accordance’s ARAID Disk Array, which is where the company started, also attracted a lot of attention. ARAID ensures that critical systems continue to operate even if a hard drive fails, avoiding the high costs on downtime for repairs. It provides further protection for important data and enhances system reliability and work efficiency.

During the exhibition, Accordance’s international sales, BELLE, delivered an excellent presentation in the event "Meet the Expert" at TECHStage.
