Accordance’s remote management and monitoring solution connects an external RCM (Remote Control & Management) module to the equipment to allow remote viewing and control over a network. In the event of an alarm, engineers can resolve the problem remotely and resume manufacturing in the shortest possible time.

The RCVM Remote Control Video Management system provides a centralized platform for viewing and controlling equipment through RCM modules. A multi-view interface enables monitoring of multiple equipment at the same time, while the intuitive alarm display allows engineers to quickly identify which equipment needs their immediate attention. A single click on the viewport will allow remote personnel to control the selected equipment. The RCVM can also stream live video from on-site cameras, giving remote personnel full visuals of the on-site situation as they calibrate or troubleshoot equipment.

Equipment from different manufacturers and running on different systems can be brought together into the RCVM for easy management. Controls on equipment using special inputs such as touch panels, buttons, knobs, or light pens can be converted, enabling remote control through the keyboard and mouse. The RCVM supports unlimited simultaneous users, allowing easy collaboration between teams. Users can also connect from a different fab or country, facilitating cross-fab and cross-country collaboration.

All operations can be recorded in the AOR system for future reference. Equipment displays and camera streams can be played back simultaneously, making it easy to grasp the full situation during investigations. Snapshots and videos can also be exported to share with other personnel or to use as training material.
