PLC Data Collection

With big data analysis and AI, data collection is becoming increasingly important. However, for older PLC systems with no way to upload data, data collection can only be done by hand - a time-consuming and tedious task. It is also impossible to collect real-time data from the system.

Accordance's PLC PLUS solution can collects data from closed-off PLC systems and upload them to a designated server. The system can also emulate the HMI signal, enabling operators to dispatch commands to the PLC remotely through a virtual HMI. The solution requires no change to the existing hardware setup or logic programming in the PLC.

The system can also recieve data from production management systems. A customized interface can be designed to consolidate commonly-used functions within one interface and display data previously unavailable on-site.
